The Free to Learn (FTL) platform serves as a central hub where teachers, parents, and students across all ethnic states and regions—as well as Myanmar learners living in Thailand and around the world—can access and download Basic Education apps, subject-specific apps, digital student workbooks, answer books, and youth skills–based courses. All resources are available free of charge to support home-based and community-based learning. The FTL platform will play a key role in expanding access to education. It will be jointly owned by all CBF stakeholders, and each stakeholder will operate their own dedicated Learning Management System (LMS) linked to the platform.
